Maximo System Administration Workshop
Description:
This workshop aims to acquaint Maximo System Administrators with the key administration functions and activities required to configure and support the system.
The workshop will focus on key administration functionality such as adding new users, setup the user security, system configurations and database changes, setting up automation through cron tasks, communication templates, actions, notifications, and escalations.
Additionally, you will use the Workflow designer application and modify and administer a workflow.
Students can bring their own laptops to participate in this workshop. Laptops must be Windows-based and have wireless connectivity.
Intended Audience: Maximo administrators and technical personnel responsible for Maximo configuration and support.
Maximo Versions: Applicable to Maximo versions V6 and V7. |
Actuate BIRT Reporting Workshop
Description:
Sponsored by Actuate, the morning portion of this workshop will teach you how to use the Actuate BIRT Designer. This course will cover functions such as data definition, layout creation strategies, reuse libraries and other useful techniques to quickly become successful developing and sharing BIRT reports.
The afternoon session will be led by The Createch Group’s Services personnel who will be guiding users on how to build and customize Maximo specific reports using BIRT.
Students can bring their own laptops to participate in this workshop. Laptops must be Windows-based and have wireless connectivity.
Intended Audience: Maximo technical and non-technical users responsible for creating BIRT reports.
