Our Team

The team at Concept Solutions is headed by Deirdra Watson. Deirdra is the President and Managing Director of Concept Solutions. Deirdra started Concept Solutions in 2005 to offer specialized public relations, conference and event services to corporate, not-for-profit and government organizations.

Deirdra brings to each project and event over 20 years experience in public relations, event management and communications. Prior to starting Concept Solutions Deirdra worked for Media Buying Services, Rogers Cable, The Pelmorex Radio Network, GE Capital Technology Management Services, Balgord Software Solutions, Shad Valley and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada.

Melissa Cameron is one of our freelance logistics and on-site managers. Melissa brings to each project her management skills as well as her ability to deal with the challenges that each event brings.

Prior to working with Concept Solutions, Melissa spent 4 years as the Rental Coordinator for the Ancaster Fair/Marrot Hall as well as Concession Coordinator for the long running Ancaster Fair.
